1 Introduction & General Information

4 Account Management & Security

4.1 Personal Responsibility

5.2 Minimum Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

99ltd strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes — using the platform as a tool for transferring money is prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳22,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for gaming use only.
• Each bonus may have its own expiry period; unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 VIP Program

99ltd offers four VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. Tier upgrades are based on play volume and regularity.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

99ltd uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are completely random and not predetermined.

7.1 Technical Errors

Any transaction or game result caused by a technical error or system malfunction will be considered void. In such cases, deposited funds will be returned, but claimed winnings will not be paid.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, 99ltd offers various markets — win, loss/draw, over/under, and more. If a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet is placed, the bet will be considered void and the funds will be returned.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99ltd platform:

• Bonus abuse or applying bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Playing using software, bots, automation tools, or any artificial means.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Creating an account or making claims using false information.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Rights of 99ltd

99ltd may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (after a set timeframe).

9.2 User Rights
